struggling with internet inappropriate contentography

Hi all,
lately I have been really struggling with internet inappropriate contentography. I find myself draw time and time again. I have a web blocker, but one day by accident i found a way around it. Now i look at that alot.


I feel ashamed nad aweful anytime i do. I think it has become an addiction. I am already in another 12 step for addiction, so i feel like i am switching addcitions.
