The mind may know what is good at times but the Body seldom agrees with the mind on certain topics. One's sexuality is part of the Body. The Body is bisexually inclined. It finds men and women attractive and desires both. The Mind finds such desires almost revolting. The Body finds them appealing. The Mind cannot triumph. The Body's needs and desires are far too strong. There is no escape.

Superman, have you tried Counselling? Most often universities have counsellors to deal specifically with these issues. Being bi is particularly difficult because it is hard to fit in anywhere - it's not like you can see youself reflected in any aspect of culture.

Personally I think trying to seperate the mind and body is bad news. It seems to work for a while but it is like catching a tiger by the tail - someday it's going to get loose.

I don't know what you feel about sexuality etc but a lot of people seem to think that if you identify something as a sin, that's enough. Some questions are: do you think your bisexuality is a sin? If you do, what options are available? If you don't what options are available.

You mention that last year you were a homophobe. Probably you have beating yourself up with some internal homophobia. Then there is the whole issue of being black in America. It is not something I can understand but from what I have read and seen I'd probably be pretty depressed or pretty angry or both.

It sounds like you are positive in trying to take control of your life and do good with it. I just want to make sure that you have taken enough time to be good to yourself.

I think that sex will only make you more lonely. To have relationships based solely on sex will do nothing but harm you. Try to make friendships where the relationship is based on getting to know the person and having fun, but not sexually, and that includes touching privates and oral sex, anal sex.

You need supernatural help. Have you looked for any yet? And are you trying?
