Hey guys
Has anyone here ever found that as they built more muscle on their legs they lose some height in their kicks? I've been doing pilates for about a month and I've noticed that when I do high kicks, I'm not getting my foot quite as high up as I used to before I started pilates. (It may be I just wasnt as warmed up and stretched out as I usually am) BUT should I be stretching MORE after I do pilates to keep the muscles "loose"? Is it a common thing to lose height with more muscle?
