Hi everyone...it has been a while since I have last posted....however last night I had a couple of strange dreams that I believe are from God....lol after all I have been asking him to speak to me via dreams and confirm with Scripture about a specific situation that I have been praying about for quite some time.
Anyways....Last night I dreamed that I was outside playing a board game with a gentleman from my church...(recently he has expressed interest in spending time with me and I am a single mom...which doesn't seem relevant...but is to the rest of the dream)....anyways, I suggested to him that we go down to my dock. So he, myself, and my little boy go for a walk. It's overcast out and looks like it's going to storm any minute...it looks like it's about October. We get to my dock and there are quite a bit of people there...some swimming in the water, some just standing on the dock.....the water is a little choppy and the three of us start to walk onto the dock...my son in front of me and the gentleman behind me...but it was mostly flooded, so we only went half way. The left hand side of the dock was being held up by cement blocks. While we are on the dock, my son bends forward to see into the water but fell in. I start to panic a little and in my moment of panic I hesitate to jump in....however the gentleman that is with us jumps in without hesitation and I followed suit. I am completely under water and can see my son. The water is green with algae and my son looks to me under the water, but I can't quite reach him. I surface and so does the gentleman with my son safe in his arms. He hands him to me and as I take my son into my arms it starts lightening. The gentleman puts his arm around me and tells me that we need to get out of here because it's dangerous and leads me to shore. Then my alarm woke me up...so I reset my alarm for another hour and fell back to sleep.....in my second dream I was taking a bath...my head was partially submerged (like it is when you are taking a bath) and I decide to sit up. When I sat up my body started shaking violently and water was shooting out my ears like a fire hydrant...it almost felt like I was standing under a waterfall and the shaking was as if I was being pummeled by the water fall...I couldn't really see either....this lasts for several minutes and then stops. I think to myself "wow, I will never be able to put my head under water ever again." And then it happens again....the shaking and water shooting....and then my alarm goes off again and I woke right up.
