Well, IIRC they do have a more concentrated nerve ring or something around the rim of the bell. I wouldn't call that a brain, but then, where does a "concentrated nerve net" end and a "brain" begin?

No, but if that's real, it's parts of at least two animals. Maybe it was a real crab that lived in a scallop shell
