i need help... what are some ideas for stocking stuffers for a husband?

I know it's stuff he needs but they are good stocking gifts.

they are good ideas but not for my hubby... he uses electric razors and has all that stuff that he needs.

im not really looking for things that he needs... but fun little items.

i have always liked those scratch off lottery tickets... they are fun!! my mom used to put those in me and my brothers stockings... we loved it!

but once a year isn't a big deal... something fun and different! thanks!! i think i may do this!

I love the lottery ticket idea! Also, a magazine subscription, US Savings Bond, Tickets to a good show or movie...

His favorite fun food, a cd, small flashlight, leatherman, deck of cards, a men's necklace, a sexy pair of women's panties (for you to wear of course) , something homemade: fudge, mocha mix, etc., a Snap On wrench to add to his tool collection, and cell phone accessories.

Um....he's on vacation. He got kinda tired after just standing there forever. I gave him a break.

Eddie Bauer always has some fun little gadget-type stocking stuffers. You can also bake some goodies to put in there. I also usually give hubby a desk calendar and some little gifts he can use with the kids (i.e. small puzzle, ball, jacks, etc...). I also give the 'essentials' - underwear, socks, razor, shaving cream, new toothbrush, mints, gum, etc... . Because hubby travels overseas so much, I also give him lots of travel-size 'essentials'. Those things are not always easy to find in places like Nigeria . Other ideas include a magazine about something he enjoys (i.e. fishing, woodworking, etc...). You can also include a DVD or VHS of some movie he may enjoy or a CD to listen to in the car. I love creating stockings and probably spend more on the stockings than I do the gifts and, truth be told, often some of the things in the stocking could be gifts but if they'll fit or at the least rest comfortably on the stocking, that is where it will probably be found.

I think gag gifts are the best. I usually fill my hubbys stocking with lots of little funny things that make him laugh the whole way through it. Some are from a store that specializes in gag type gifts, but some come just from fun things we've experienced together. We have a funny story about Pringles, so I put a Pringle in a gift box and wrapped it. He got a good laugh out of it. I realize that doesn't make sense to anyone else, but the point is, personalize your fun.
