Are there any Star Trek fans here?

I have been a fan ever since I grew up watching it back in the mid 1960s.

Nah, I've never really been a big Trekkie, although I have seen most of the movies.

Something I still can't wrap my mind around, is people who go to Start Trek conventions and dress up. Weird. But hey, whatever floats your boat!

I grew up watching Next Generation w/ my dad. And I've seen *most* of the movies, though not all. But then, I didn't start watching the movies 'til I married my hubby who is also a Trekkie (as is his dad). In the last couple of years, I've caught up on watching The Original Series as well as a couple of the later series, but TNG and TOS are my favs by far.

I'm a Trekker too. Been so since the 60s. My favorite is Enterprise, though I love all the incarnations of Star Trek and the movies, books whatever.

I remember when a couple of episodes from when I was just a young kid. I watched it in syndication throughout my teens, and still enjoy it from time to time.

I really liked some of the Enterprise episodes, too.

The USS Constellation was supposed to be an earlier version of the Enterprise class starship (later dubbed the Constitution class). For example:

... lead to several tarp-for-backdrop aspects of TOS... it was always a show on a trial basis as far as the networks were concerned in those days.

But the show still caught on!

I am a Star Trek fan, though I wouldn't say I was a Trekkie. I love the Next Generation series, it was the best!
