I'm shocked, shocked to see Orthodox witnessing to non-Orthodox!

first time today I baptized a baby and was peed on. I am a real priest now, haha.
We're Orthodox! We don't do sprinkling!

I did some electrical work at a very nice restaurant a couple of weeks ago, guests need to book 3 months in advance. There are no electric or gas cookers there, everything is woodfire or charcoal.

I thought it would be nice to take the family out one time until I saw the prices, so instead I have been inspired to make more use of our charcoal grill (it isn't just for lamb). I did some roasted eggplant with garlic, onion and red peppers on Sunday. After roasting the onion and garlic, made up a sauce with tomato passata and olive oil, poured it over the peeled and chopped eggplant and peppers in a baking tray and put it back over the charcoal to finish cooking.

I was pretty happy with the result, although I'd love to do a side by side comparison with a non charcoal version just to see how it affects the flavour. I also roasted a few more red peppers and cut them into strips in vinegar so they can be eaten during the week. Most store bought versions have oil as well.

can't believe I had to use the search feature to find our tavern.

I wonder what number this would be by now as the previous one in the search is 'St. Euphrosynos Taverna and Ouzeri 44 (6)' but that was back in 2015 and the numbering has been the same since 2010, so actually in Jan 19th 2015 it should have been 'St. Euphrosynos Taverna and Ouzeri 50' if I'm counting correctly

I supposed that would depend if we're considering the New Calculation or the Old Calculation for the Numbering of the Taverna

But what would the One True Old Posters of The Ancient Way in Communion with Baklavas Synod Abroad say?

I had completely forgotten about that!
And the holy water canons, those were great days of photo editing
