Pretty much the same here...
Looking back the conversations and debates were quite giving and we had a good time. Of course there was some arguments but things calmed down pretty quickly. I guess there was a bit more modding, prefer it or not, but I think it was a lot more fair than it is now. CF has turned into a place where you have to be uber PC to survive. When you get warned when you make true statements about your faith and it bothers someone else then that's total BS. I'm glad we actually have an Orthodox mod now!

I bought a new laptop bag today with money given to me for my birthday It is grey and has two mushrooms embroidered on it, and the lining fabric is mushrooms of dark grey, pinky-red and white on pale grey. I like it a lot It's much smaller than my last one, which I like - the last one was bulky and a little unwieldy.
Also Church people gave me a scarf and bracelet, and a cake to share with another friend (whose birthday is actually today), for my birthday Nice people.

Stupid Icelandic volcanic ash... supposed to travel to Finland on Thursday next week and they say this thing could last a while. Oh well! Guess I'll see next week and then figure things out. At least they're offering very good rebooking.
Kreik, have you gotten any ash down in Denmark yet. After Norway, they were quick to close down everything. I fly through CPH so we'll see how it goes.

Yup, Kastrup is closed. Myself I have a flight for April 29. I hope it'll be clear by then. Budget airline even, so no chance of compensation & no other time-window available to me for rebooking.

It'd be pretty hard to embroider mushrooms onto a laptop! Paint maybe...

Well, if it was just on the top of the laptop, the part of the case covering the monitor, the insulator properties shouldn't be a serious concern. I mean people rarely are concerned about excessive heat from an LCD monitor.That would be cool, except that fabric acts as an insulator and laptops tend to overheat as it is, sadly. Now I want an embroidered skin for my macbook
