  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I once had to pull an all-nighter from Holy Wednesday to Holy Friday, to write a ten-page paper. Never again... I'll flunk out of school before I ever try that again.

I also drank 12 cups of coffee one night, pulling an all-nighter. That was also the night my darling suitemate locked me out of the bathroom. Stupid girl... I had to go like a racehorse!

Good morning to those who like black coffee with a little sugar and were outraged to see the success of their icons on-line sales underrated, to those who hold a mug o'java in vacationland, to coffee addicts that burnt their filter coffe machine in their caravan, to those who had some...um...cold tea ?, to those who prefer moving gigs to desk chairs and showed up for st Herman at 6:30 am, and have another 6:30 am liturgy, to those who find it good to see Heather back, to those who see me inject myself coffe, to those who work overnight and go straight for redbull and have other non-chemical secrets they can't reveal here to stay awake, and to other friends.


(hum, seems Michael is greeted a lot, but hey, that's well deserved)
