SPORE, the newest thorn in the creationist attempt to get at our kids

Genitalia already online - I checked out some of the creatures the Fark Spore thread has links to. Some of them are pretty neat though (the non-genitalia based ones, I mean, although some of those are likely funny).

They've released the creature creator as a sort of demo for the game.

I haven't tried it, it'll drive me nuts being able to create the creatures then not being able to do anything with them until the game comes out.

WILL WRIGHT WHY DO YOU TORMENT US SO?!

It's so that when the real game comes out, the galaxy will actually be populated. The only creatures you ever see are generated by other players, so the game would be pretty boring after it came out if there were no other creatures to play with.
