If you bothered to do any reserch at all, you'll see that the city was never rebuild and no longer exists in any way, shape or form.

My mistake. I was talking about the ISLAND of Tyre. You see, there were two "Tyres", one on the mailand, one on the island. You are refering to the city on the mainland, which was also destroyed by Alexander the Great, but was rebuilt. The Bible reffers the the island city.

Not false, but missunderstood by you. Beliving in genesis is not a requirement for salvation, and, in my earlier statment, I was hoping you would restrain your knitpicking instincts and assume that I was specifying non-christion evolutionists, as was established throughout this thread.

Why do you think it is that the vast majority, nearly 100%, of scientists in that field, say, archeology, geology, etc, accept evolution?
And why is it that those who don't OFTEN, OFTEN I SAY, don't understand the basic tenants of it?
Do you really think it is all the scientists who are deceived?
You pretend like scientists plainly accept the TOE, but look at the debate between SJG and Dawkins! Unfortunately, Gould died before it could be resolved, but this goes to show you, people don't blindly accept it.

Because, in fact, I don't need to explain it to you. The only explemaition lies in the metaphysical, and you have made it clear that you think anything outside of the phsical is bull, so therefore any attempt would be pointless.

Ok, so, god doesn't rely on science... Ok. That's why Genesis makes no scientific claims! Good job, TEC, we agree!
God doesn't rely on science, and the people to whom Genesis was written, by Moses, wouldn't have understood it anyway!
So now, Genesis isn't a science book. Good.
However, since god doesn't deceive, he didn't with the fossils. Also, god instilled in us a desire to learn, curiosity. He also gave us the ability to do this, intelligence. And with that, we created the theory of evolution!

It seems to me you just made some assumptions about my post. I'm not saying that they have been decieved at all. They simply have come upon a possible theory to how humans now exist, as well as all other animals.

It doesn't mean it's the " one and only possibilty". Just the only one science has found today.

Indeed, it certainly isn't the one and only. But, at the same time, it's like saying that the fact that starts are clumped into galaxies, which in turn make up the universe isn't the only way. It's not the only possible way, but its the only way that makes sense with the evidence that is there.

Only way that makes sense that we know of. Man doesn't know even close to half of what is out there. We have alot of learning to do.
