She is Russian born, lived throughout WW2, in a city starting with the letter K. She left Russia behind and her family. I have very little information about her, I was a baby when she passed away. I hear she is very kind, and religious.

She left behind a Bible which my mom has kept. Even though my mom doesn't believe, she has still decided to keep it.

The Bible is quite old, and it is a KJV and has 66 books of the Bible. The front has a portrait of Jesus. Since Russians tend to be Eastern Orthodox, I was speculating she is, but I never seen an Eastern Orthodox portrait of Jesus looking like this.

I don't think Russian Orthodox follow a Bible with 66 books. She sounds like some kind of protestant.

If it's a " family bible" she may have just purchased it as a way to record her family tree. The Vatican sells these types of bibles on their auction website.
