Long ago there was a great war between the forces of good and the forces of darkness. They fought vigerously but in the end darkness won and consumed the world, demons and monsters of every shape and size pilaged and destroyed every city, town and country in the world. Killing unmercifully as they went, they reduced the human race to barely nothing.
These demons still roam this world, the remnant of the human race has been scattered over the land into 6 clans. The remaining humans have become nomadic, and have learned to not get attacked to people or places because niether remain for long. The world they live in has no sun is full of demonic beasts and danger every were. it is how the remnant has lived for centuries.
Despite the dispair the people still hold onto hope in a prophecy that says when the sun shines once again 2 people will rise forth to lead the clans to a final war that will sent the demons back to the underworld, and restore beauty and peace to the world.
It is said one will be a great worrior who will lead with a spear of justice, and the other shall lead with a bow of mercy. Together they will lead the remnant to drive out a world of demons.
