1e) The spaceship is but one of several which appear in the scriptures. Two appear in the coded message about the fallen angels, and one in the book of Exodus, which appears again in Second Samuel, chapter 22, (which is duplicated in Psalm 18) and one appears in the book of Revelation. During the flight of the Israelites from Egypt they were accompanied and led by "God".
See Exodus 13 : 21 (Jerusalem Bible)
Exodus 13 21 : Yahweh went before them, by day in the form of a pillar of cloud to show them the way, and by night in the form of a pillar of fire to give them light: thus they could continue their march by day and by night.
See Exodus 13 : 22 (Darby Translation)
Exodus 13 : 22 : The pillar of the cloud did not remove [from] before the people by day, nor the pillar of fire by night.
See Deuteronomy 33 : 26 (Darby Translation)
Deuteronomy 33 : 26 : There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, Who rideth upon the heavens to thy help, And in his majesty upon the clouds.
Note: See also the description of the descent of "The Lord" upon Mount Sinai found in Exodus. chapter 19 : 16 - 20 (Revised Standard Version); and chapter 24 : 9 -11 (Jerusalem Bible)
Exodus 19 : 16 -20 : On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled. Then Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet God; and they took their stand at the foot of the mountain. And Mount Sinai was wrapped in smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire; and the smoke of it went up like the smoke of a kiln, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. And as the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him in thunder. And the Lord came down upon Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
Exodus 24 : 9-11 : Moses went up with Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy elders of Israel. They saw the God of Israel beneath whose feet there was, it seemed, a sapphire pavement pure as the heavens themselves. He laid no hand on these notables of the sons of Israel: they gazed on God. They ate and they drank.
The description of "God" descending upon Mount Sinai is quite consistent with the landing of a spaceship upon the mountaintop. I will not hazard a guess as to why God chose a mountaintop to land on; but having made that choice, it is again consistent to hover for some length of time, just off the ground, and allow the rocket blast to melt the rock beneath, then once having achieved that, fly somewhat higher for a while so as to allow the melted rock to solidify, prior to landing on a perfectly smooth and level pavement; thereby eliminating the risk of an uneven or soft surface causing the ship to upset. Be it noted that the ship is clearly interstellar in origin; and therefore cannot be powered by chemical rockets. It is most likely antimatter powered, which allows it to hover for prolonged lengths of time, which chemical rockets are incapable of.
Further description of the actions of the "God" which accompanied and assisted the Israelites during the flight from Egypt and the crossing of the Red Sea can be found in Exodus 14.
Exodus 14 : 9-10 (Jerusalem Bible)
So the Egyptians gave chase and came up with them where they lay encamped by the sea---all the horses, the chariots of Pharaoh, his horsemen, his armynear Pi-hahiroth, facing Baal-zephon. And as Pharaoh approached, the sons of Israel looked roundand there were the Egyptians in pursuit of them! The sons of Israel were terrified and cried out to Yahweh.
Exodus 14 : 13-14 (Jerusalem Bible)
Moses answered the people, Have no fear! Stand firm, and you will see what Yahweh will do to save you today: the Egyptians you see today, you will never see again. Yahweh will do the fighting for you: you have only to keep still.
Note: That whereas in Exodus 13 : 21 the pillars of cloud, (by day), and fire, (by night), are referred to as "Yahweh", in the following verses, either the pillar of cloud is referred to as "the angel of Yahweh", or more likely one of the ships crew was accompanying the Israelites on the ground. In both cases, I believe it is correct to interpret the "pillar" as the exhaust contrail of a spaceship.
Exodus 14 19-20 : Jerusalem Bible.
Then the angel of Yahweh, who marched at the front of the army of Israel, changed station and moved to their rear. The pillar of cloud changed station from the front to the rear of them, and remained there. It came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. The cloud was dark, and the night passed [sup]b[/sup] without the armies drawing any closer the whole night long.
Note (b) :b. the night passed Greek. The Hebrew has there was a cloud and darkness: and it lit up the night. Symmachus the cloud was dark on one side and bright on the other. In Jos.24:7 Yahweh sets a thick mist between Israelites and Egyptians. Our translation is conjectural.
Note: I believe the Hebrew is correct in this case because what it describes is consistent with a spaceship hovering at low altitude, smoke and fire.
What followed is best described in 2 Samuel 22, which also appears as Psalm 18, one of the paeans of praise for God composed by David. Note that David is not referring to something which happened to him personally, but rather to something which happened to the Israelites, whom David personifies as himself.
2 Samuel 22 : 2-20 (Revised standard Version)
He said, "The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; thou savest me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies." "For the waves of death encompassed me, the torrents of perdition assailed me; the cords of Sheol entangled me, the snares of death confronted me." "In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I called. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry came to his ears." "Then the earth reeled and rocked; the foundations of the heavens trembled and quaked because he was angry. Smoke went up from his nostrils, and devouring fire from his mouth; glowing coals flamed forth from him. He bowed the heavens, and came down; thick darkness was under his feet. He rode on a cherub and flew; he was seen upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness around him his canopy, thick clouds, a gathering of water. Out of the brightness before him coals of fire flamed forth. The Lord thundered from heaven. And the Most High uttered his voice. And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning and routed them. Then the channels of the sea were seen, the foundations of the world were laid bare, at the rebuke of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils. He reached from on high, he took me, he drew me out of many waters. He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me; for they were too mighty for me. They came upon me in the day of my calamity; but the Lord was my stay. He brought me forth into a broad place; he delivered me because he delighted in me."
Note: Thunder, fire, and smoke are all consistent with a spaceship. The earth reeling and rocking, like the whole of Mount Sinai quaking violently, is consistent with a very big spaceship. Similarly the force of the rocket blast laying bare the sea floor is consistent with a very big spaceship. The number of the Israelites encamped by the Red Sea exceeded six hundred thousand; and yet if we are to believe 2 Samuel 22, the "Lord" airlifted them out of the Red Sea; and be it noted that the Hebrews still celebrate "the feast of booths". They must have had very cramped quarters. As for the glowing coals which flamed forth "from him", this description is perfectly consistent with the description of incoming machine cannon fire as described by bomber pilots on the receiving end. This giant spaceship is also described in Revelations.
See Leviticus 23 : 42-43 (Darby Translation)
Leviticus 23 : 42-43 : In booths shall ye dwell seven days; all born in Israel shall dwell in booths; that your generations may know that I caused the children of Israel to dwell to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Jehovah your God.
