Seeing the Lady Ivy approaching, Aden muttered, "Earth's fury." He then said loudly, "Greetings. I was just about to go looking for you; why are you here? I see you have killed some people. What has become of the Oyarsa, that you are allowed to roam freely?"

(( ok we need to like name all the thing we can do...and wat they mean))

"Ahh, quite the tonge boy." Lady Ivy curse him and caused him to not be able to speak for a few short moments. "Come lookingfor me, oh you shouldn't. I roam where i chose to roam. Few have tried to stop me, they have all failed. And I kill when i chose to kill."

Nami's spine shivered, her eyes turning towards the town where Aden and Ivy were. She groaned, picking up her sword from above her door and putting the strap on, the sword resting on her back. Grabbing some medicines, she tied a small bag to the sword strap, tightening it before stepping off in a run towards the town. "Ivy you wretch..!"

Atmosphere Thickening - Doubles the power of all wind attacks indefinitely
Living Torch Summon - Creates something that can duplicate any fire-based attack it sees
Ocean - Fills a large area with water. This can be dispelled, unlike an ordinary ocean.))
A sand golem jumped out of the ground, taking the curse for Aden. It then mutely attacked the lady Ivy with the intention of givign her some bruises before it died.
Aden spoke. "You remind me of Agaric. That demon killed eighty of my most elite warriors before I took him out with a volcano. (Atmosphere Thickening) I come on a hunt for the monster that destroyed my world at a distance. You are a side project."
He launched a small fireball into the ground.

((Ivy, you are very very strong, remember that..almost to the point of godmoding but not. Let's make this rp long, k?)) The power from Aden surprised Nami, "He is definetely not from around here.." she said to herself, instantly turning back to Ivy. No mere magic trick was going to defeat her so easily. With a jump Nami lept into the air, drawing a sword, the blade being engulfed in a flame. She slashed into the air, a strip of fire heading towards Ivy.

((Small fireball... I said small... that was not a major demonstration.))

Aden watched the flaming sword in astonishment. He had not thought to ask Nami what she was capable of. He gave a mental command to his torch army, and every one of them leapt toward the Lady Ivy with an identical flaming sword. Aden stepped back, ready to launch another attack as soon as he could be sure Nami was out of the way.
"Battle cry of the fifth wind."

((Forgot to mention that one. All electrical attacks are multiplied in power by 7 and are classified as wind. It dispels more easily than Atmosphere thickening; another Atmosphere Thickening will end it.))

((I know, just pointing it out. By the way, I like your spells. =P)) Nami stepped back for a minute, out of range after sensing an attack coming back from Aden. She bent down, looking down and seeing a small gash in her side. It was a mental attack, another of many skills by Ivy. "No wonder she wants to ruel this place...she has the power," she said with a small wince.

Seeing Nami move off to the side, Aden unleashed a thunderbolt. He had no fear for his living torches; they would be immune to lightning. Sheer power was not lacking, but he felt sure that this would not be able to take down the witch.

Nami saw the shadow of Lady Ivy disappear into the sky. With a sigh, she extended her arm, "Don't waste your energy, she's gone," she explained, looking over at him with an arched brow. "I'm surprised at your power, Aden.."

"Have you ever met an oyarsa? I see you haven't. I still wonder why this world has no Oyarsa protecting it; I had thought every world did. I think I would like to know more about your abilities. Our power could be synergistic, as is demonstrated by what you taught my torches."

She looked over at him, "Sounds interesting. What would you like to know?" she asked with a smile, crossing her arms. The thought that someone was actually interested in her made her smile and chuckle softly to herself. Lady Ivy was more powerful then she was by far, or, at least what she knew. She had only faced her once or twice, but oh were they long battles. Days after days they went on until Ivy pulled a cheat move which threw Nami out of her palace.

Aden thought for a few seconds. "Do you know any spells to generally increase the power of any sort of attack or strengthen a large group simultaneously? I think it would also be useful to know if you can get any great use out of a body of water. What I really need is an attack that can't be defended against magically - doesn't matter how weak it is. Then there's always the possibility of us teaching one another spells and combining them to form powerful combinations.
The Oyarsu do something along those lines occasionally. Viritrilbia to prevent magic, Perelandra for healing, Malacandra to prevent escaping, Lurgandra for brute force, Glundandra and Nevrilbia for coordination... wait...
I wonder if Viritrilbia and Nevrilbia would be willing to help? I'll look into it."
He looked at Nami, expecting her to answer the questions that had appeared early in his speech.

She nodded, "Mind control if you're powerful enough, a simple punch or a act of affection could attack her. She's made of darkness, so any good act like a hug or a kiss could break her heart and her mind," she explained, running a hand through her hair and looking at him. "Your mind and heart have to be pure whenever you do it though, thats why its not so good doing it for the first time in battle..." she said, laughing at the memory of someone failing with a kiss.

"Mind control? Power won't be an issue if you are capable of mind control in Air or Fire. Hugs and kisses are out of the question, I could never sincerely hug or kiss her. If she's made of darkness, maybe some light-based attack will work; maybe I have one in here." He pulled a book out of his cloak and began thumbing through the pages.
"Do you think you can manage an electricity-based mind control spell? That might be best."

She nodded, "I'm telling you, shes immune to magic. If you hugged or kissed her, it would catch her by surprise. Her surprise would bring her gaurd down so I or you could strike at her," she explained, sheathing her sword after wiping it down.

"Immune to magic? Then why did you use that flaming sword?"
Aden moved his hand to the top of his staff and concentrated for a few seconds, then moved it back down to its original position. "I have spoken with Viritrilbia. He won't come, but he has given me instructions. There is something to the west - he told me to smell it." He turned and meandered to the southwest, uncertain of where he was heading.

((May I produce an NPC of my own? With just the two of us and their current abilities, there won't be any way to defeat Lady Ivy unless something else shows up. We can't count on another player, so that leaves an NPC. I'm going to advance Aden to the level he was in another roleplay - with three additional spells.))

((sure you can. )) "Not exactly immune, but pretty darn close. She seems like she has a defense for everything! I've never seen something that has worked unless it was powerful enough. Any magic attack can be powerful as long as your intent is good while you do it. It's like...I dont know..It's just a very confusing matter when it comes to defeating her..." she said with a sigh, looking towards the southwest. "Oh, there. Those are just a bunch of shrines for the elements. A few temples allow you to speak with the past masters of magic."

((There aren't very many players. If this roleplay doesn't get some side plots, it won't be able to last very long or it will get boring. Holy Place is in the best position to set up side plots. The one I'm setting up wont' last very long.
Since you said Lady Ivy was immune to magic, I was going to set up our own protection from magic to counter it. But now that you've changed your mind (you seem very wishy-washy) I'm not sure where to go from here. Maybe you can pick something out to give more directin to the story?
-Viritrilbia comes to help. Viritrilbia can nullify any magic
-Aden learns Chelestra Sea, which nullifies all magic
-Aden learns Star Cry, which is teleportation
-Nevrilbia comes to help, allowing Aden and Nami to combine into a single creature with their combined power. This could also be used to combine Lady Ivy and some very good person into one extremely confused creature.
-Nami is appointed Oyarsa of this world. Aden can do this provided that he can prove that this world does not already have an Oyarsa. This would make proving that there is no other Oyarsa a side quest.
-Aden gives Lady Ivy his staff. This will basically put the story in Holy Place's hands, but it will put Lady Ivy in great danger since she doesn't understand the staff. Aden should learn Last March for this.))
