It seems that those who have high repping power, and thus the greatest ability to help those of us with lower reps, only rep the other high rep people. This just makes the rep rich get richer and the rep poor stay that way. Why aren't we all helping eachother? There are some people here with huge reps whose reps I've seen go up a couple million in a day while those with no stars try and try and seem to get nowhere.

This has been really bothering me and it is part of the reason why Bella and I started the thread to help those with no stars. It almost seems like this place has just become a place to either flaunt how many stars you have or to beg and beg so that you can become one who flaunts how many stars you have. I'm not posting this to try and get more people to rep me, but I thought that this really needed to be pointed out.

Is that what happens?! I always wondered why I didn't get repped from some people that posted under me?!

Because I thought the point of the repping games was to rep the person above you.....so I didn't realize the rules were 'slanted' to those of us that have not alot of repping power.....oh well *shrugs*

That is not true. If you read through the thread you'll get a better idea of what does go on.

For every 1 million reps you get 1 star. So you have a ways hon.

Just chiming in - I'm not a multi-star repper, but I will try to get who I can, when I can. Like some others have said, I do tend to get my friends and people who have already repped me first, though.
