Yes, and thank you. We should all remember what Jesus said to the crowd: that it's not what goes into someone's mouth that defiles them, but what comes out of their mouth, that's what defiles them. There are many scriptures on cursing and profanity to cause us to think twice about the words that come out of our mouth. It's a part of our walk with Jesus to listen to what the bible says about swearing. The post you were responding to is pretty much what prompted me to say what I did last night in the hangout thread, about not expecting girls to come flocking to you if you are going to do and say things such as casually throwing out derogatory terms like "(w)itch" when referring to the ladies in general.
That’s a nice looking bike. It looks like you had great riding weather. I hope you enjoyed it!
REPORT ME!!!!!!!!The post you were responding to is pretty much what prompted me to say what I did last night in the hangout thread, about not expecting girls to come flocking to you if you are going to do and say things such as casually throwing out derogatory terms like "(w)itch" when referring to the ladies in general.
REPORT ME!!!!!!!!
The b-word is never acceptable irrespective of the person’s conduct.
some would like to believe people who use this word are referring to all women, including respectable ladies. they're not. they are referring to certain women of low social caliber.
JD was quoting a rap song from a guy who wasn't referring to a believing woman but to the neighborhood harlot(better?). same as snoop dogg back in the day saying "we don't luv'dem H@$". the news media wanted to make it seem like he and other rappers were referring to all women with no exception, which was not true.In light of the discussion and the inference—a Christian woman—it’s understandable why its utterance warranted a response.

I think he was making the point that he should focus on becoming the best version of himself he can be instead of putting energy into chasing a female. could've used a better illustration, but yeah. And why did he quote it?
