Hey, I know I'm young and I feel weird giving you advice but I could feel you passion and distress. All I would say is if you've asked God to show you that it was Him prophesying through you than He wont leave you high and dry, our God is not like that, He will answer. Just trust Him to show you! We are told to test the spirits, so, before you go airing something about a family that could either heal them, or else completely destroy them, etc, you better be dang well sure where it came from first, etc, and also on top of this first, find out if it's even true or not first, which you also do not even know yet, because we all know what that kind of spirit is, or just where that kind comes from, etc...

I was/is/am only trying to help you get down to the bottom of that/this, etc.

Huh? You’re telling me to find out something is true first but then you tell me if I already knew this or thought this then it came from me and not God. Well, that is one part of one way you can know about this kind of thing or not in general or not, etc...?

Do not take offense, I didn't/don't make the rules about these kinds of things, etc...?

Now, is this something that is going to in some way shape or form help or save this mother or this family if you make it become known or not...?

Also, do you know who you are supposed to go to with this at first or not...? or how you are supposed to go about this yet or not...?

And by that I mean: Are you supposed to go just to the mother alone at first or not? or are you supposed to tell others first or not? or is this supposed to be done kind of like and intervention thing or not? or do you know about any of this right now or not, etc?

Because if not, I think you need more from God about it still, etc...

The Bible seems to tell us something about this in Matthew 18:15-17, it is specifically about someone who sins against you, but I think it also most definitely to this kind of thing here also, etc...

And if you are not brave enough to go to just the mother alone with this first, then I don't think you should do or share anything about it at all, but should just keep your mouth closed until you can or do first, etc...

Hello all, my first time here and I really need some advice. So the other day I had the urge to wake up and pray and while I started praying I had to urgency to pray for a family member. It started getting serious like something was going to happen to this family member. I started to petition God because I do believe in intercessory prayer. I started to feel fire on me and my tongue was on fire and I started to prophesy using my own mouth speaking out loud. I believe this was God as I started saying answers to things that I’ve prayed for. I heard the Lord say Hes on His way back and I have to stop sinning. Then I started prophesying to my friend telling them to pray for their mother and I said something so personal about their mother. Something about the mother being dishonest Now I feel horrible because I met their mother and I didn’t feel like she actually did that. And my friend didn’t think that either Now I’m wondering was I doing this from my flesh. I wish I this would have not happened to me or that I would have just not said that part but I couldn’t stop I’m so embarrassed and confused because I’m not sure if this was God, myself or the enemy. I begged God to confirm what was said and nothing. I’m feeling so terrible. I don’t know what to do.

I do believe our time here on earth is short. That "He's on His way back". Just keep praying about the things you were shown, and ask the LORD for an opportunity to share, if you feel it is the right thing to do.

Thank you for your comment. This happened at 3 am. This is not unusual for me to wake up this time to pray. I really felt the urgency to pray. & I never had any knowledge of this either or thought this either. What I said couldn’t stop because I was just flowing I guess. & Yes I had other people confirm things as well.

3 AM is when I had a mental breakdown back in April 2021 (long story), so 3 AM is not a good time for anyone to be awake. I typically pray around 10:30 PM at night. But maybe God did speak through you.

-ask for confirmation (Matt 18:16; Acts 9;9-19 especially v 10-12; II Cor 13:1)
-fasting and praying, (Judges 20:26-27)
-spiritual discernment, (Gal 2:9)
-does it point to Yeshua, (Rev 19:10)
-receive G_dly counsel (Prov 11:14).

"Test all things; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21)

So, I understand that God wants us to test everything and hold to what is good.

And only with God can we make sure about what He wants, what He knows is good. So, we need to become able to make sure with God about things . . . not some one thing every now and then, but "all things".

By submitting to God, we test by discovering what God guides us to and . . . where He guides our attention.

So, about what has you confused - - do not let some one item control your attention away from God and isolate you with it.

But about this thing > prophets can get upset about what God shows them. But, it is possible for Satan to confuse people with things. So, yes we need to be able to test and evaluate reliably, and our Father does desire to personally share with us in everything > how He shares with us while guiding us and our attention in His own peace >

"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)

It does not matter if you and your friend are sure the woman does not have an honesty problem. God can know things that do not show.

A person oneself might not realize something is dishonest.

I can give you plenty of examples of things that were dishonest and anti-love in me and I did not have a clue.

One time a guy told me I see what is wrong with women. What ever did he mean by that? Then I realized how I could look at any woman and spot something that was not perfectly good looking to me. And that was anti-love, not first caring about her and praying blessing to her. And then it became a problem, instead of what I was not aware of.

And as I have gotten away from just staring at women and judging what they look like, I have been rewarded with better and better relating with different people. And I am trusted with more real ministerial relating with people.

So, in my case, someone spoke what could help me find out how to love, by getting correction of an anti-love problem of beauty discrimination.

And my problem did not show to him, I would offer.

Christian people are moved by divine inspiration. God doesn't go around talking to people.

There was guy, self appointed minister at old job. He cast pearls before swine. He was biblically illiterate. It was not conviction of the holy spirit. Get the picture.

Very few people have holy spirit. Many people have spirit of stupor. Documentation, romans chapter 11.

Christian people dont just walk up to someone and start preaching.

Opportunity has to present itself. Like person asking question about the bible. Get the picture.
