Let me start off this thread by saying that I firmly believe that the farther science progresses, that it too will get to a point that it proves that creation itself took place. God is a God of both spirit and logic and in the book of Job He states that He created all the laws govern both earth and space (Job 38:33), those are the very laws of Physics that scientists and mathematicians struggle with today. If God created these laws and applied them to creation as He indeed tells Job He did, then understanding these laws will only prove that God did indeed create things like He said.
The Bible does give hints as to how all this Creation was accomplished, and the very science that pushes forward begins to align itself, although unknowingly at the time, with the creation account.
My supposition is this:
The love of Christ, that is the love that Jesus had for us before time began was the fuel that all creation was based on.
That might seem odd, but ask any person male or female with a newborn baby that they love so much, how they can endure nights without sleep while caring for that baby and you will usually get a response like 'I don't know, I just need to take care of my child'. There is another explanation however, one that is experienced by most, but defined by none; love creates energy. When you truly love someone or something, that love will continue to give you energy when other people would have surely faded. A mother with a new born child, a football player running stairs for hours, a person working 16 hours a day for a charity, they all get energy from the fact that they love.
What does that have to do with anything you probably are asking right now, good question. In the Bible it says:
Ok, we all know that God has power and love, there is nothing new there. My friends, there is more than meets the eye, you see a rally famous person unknowingly wrote an equation to prove God's creation, that famous person is Albert Einstein. It is simple and beautiful:
E = mc^2 (read E = mc squared)
The same equation that gives us energy from matter, ie.. the atomic bomb, also gives us matter from energy.
There is my beautiful theory, the love that Jesus had for us is the energy that God used to create something from nothing as proved by Albert Einstein.
I will be interested to see your replies.

Ok, here we have the Bible saying that all things were created through Jesus, but Jesus is spirit which is not matter so how can anything be done from state. The Bible also gives another clue, now remember they did not have the complicated set of math/physics that we do today but they still understood that God created through Christ.John 1:1-4 said:In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God.
All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men;
and the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.
Mark 5:30 said:And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, "Who touched my garments?"

JLabs 100th Experiment said:"If you could pull on a single quark, as it gets farther and farther away, the force between that quark and the others remains the same, but the energy you're putting into that system to move the quark is getting higher and higher. So the farther away you pull, the more energy you're stuffing in there. And you get so much energy stored up, that a new particle could be produced, because according to Einstein's E=mc2, energy can be transformed into matter. And so a new particle just mysteriously pops out of the vacuum. And now you've got a brand new particle. And if you pull very hard for a very long distance, you can have many of these new particles appear."
