Dear brothers and sister. I heard of a new idea call social enterprise.
what we should do is include ex convicts in our business.
so that they will not have any problems finding job once they have been release.
Normally ex convicts have problem returning to society and company will not employ them. With no option left, they will turn back to their old ways.
of cause they have to accept christ 1st =)
create opportunity for them instead of condemn them.
Like a icecream shop fully run by Christian ex convicts who accepted christ while serving their term.
if that person was convicted of robbery, do not let him be the cashier =)
