So I had my period a month ago...and I started last night. Now I'm done. I bled for less than 24 hours and it was over. My only concern (maybe wishful thinking?) is that the only other time in my entire life that I have had my period on time and for such a short amount of time, is when I was pregnant with Justin. I don't know what to think or do at this point. I know it is all just wishful tinking and I am really, really good at imagining I am pregnant (I can't even begin to count the amount of times before I finally had Justin)...but I never have my periods on time...and for such a short amount of time. Plus with all the crap between Jess and me about having another one, I don't know that even if I were that it could be good. Ugh.

Meh, I guess cause if I don't test, I can still cling to the hope that maybe I am? I would rather stress myself beyond measure on the possibility than to find out and be disappointed....same process, just a different cycle! I have some tests boxed up somewhere in all the crap that we are unpacking. Maybe by the time I unpack them, I'll be ready to take one....maybe?

I'm doing good. A little frustrated because the insemination would have been this morning. But it's ok. Next month is just around the corner and I have high hopes

Sometimes a short and light bleed can be a result of implantation. Other women continue to get a regular bleed throughout their pregnancies.

If you are still TTC, I hope your journey isn't too much longer!

Thanks Pinki. It showed negative, but I haven't had a period since. I am three weeks late as of right now...and nothing.

If you're that late for your period, and you're not pregnant, there's almost certainly a hormonal reason for it. I know it's cliche to say this, but you should talk to your doctor. It can be a sign of an underlying condition, but it is often treatable.

Yeah, it has been a mysterious underlying problem all my life. We did just find out that my thyroid is all not working, though, so we shall see if that makes a difference

Have you asked your doctor about putting you on clomid to help regulate your periods? Then progesterone to get your period started if you get a BFN?

No. When I go back for my annual in August, she said we could talk getting serious about another one. She wants one more pap to come back with no cancer first.
