They are always releasing propaganda videos like that. They are pretty hilarious most of the time because of the poor quality of them. They have to impress their own people anyways to make it look like they are the best country on the planet.

We don't release propaganda videos because we are already feared based on the news. Though admittedly all countries propagandize to some degree.
