If you cut up bananas and leave them in the skin. Boil them for six minutes basically after you let the broth cool off you consume the broth.
This allows your body to actually go into rest and helps with join discomfort and pains.
I tried it without using my sleep aid. And it works.
All you need is a banana, some water and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Simply cut off both ends of the banana and place it, peel and all, into boiling water. Boil it for around 10 minutes. Using a colander, pour the water into a mug, sprinkle the cinnamon into the tea and drink it one hour before bed time.
