I don't know if I'm being selfish to ask this - God knows the reasons i'm going through what I am - and most the time I cope ok.

I'd apreciate it if people could please pray that I sleep well tonight - I have a lot of health problems, some of them being sleep disorders and I honestly don't rmember what it's like to wake up in the morning and feel better than I did when I went to bed.

I wake up every day totally exhausted. The last couple of days have been worse than I've had in a while - probably because I worked too hard for the last couple of weeks (preparing Easter programs for the Christian radio station I volunteer at)

I just want some real rest - some real renewing sleep - that thing most people take for granted - i "sleep" for hours - but it's extreemly disturbed sleep due to sleep disorders and i'm just tired of being exhausted and in pain when I wake up - I know God will heal me in His time - but what I want right now is just a little break so that I can find the strength to keep on going.

Lord we come to you and ask that you give your beloved sleep and the it would be sweet. It is your will for us to enjoy peaceful sleep and enjoy a anxiety free life. In Jesus name amen.
Hey, have you ever been to see a DR about this? Have you ever been treated for fibromyalgia? I have it and can't sleep without the help of meds. You know the Lord gives us Dr's to help us. Just a suggestion.

I have recently experienced a mild form of your problem. I agree that it is no fun at all. The day after is spent in another world. I will pray for you all day long. Christ Jesus, please look down upon your child and bring peace to her heart and her soul. I ask that you help her to sleep every night, without waking once. Let her be refreshed in her thinking, her appetite, her movements throughout the day, and her relationships with others who count on her and love her.
