One does not simply "beat" Skyrim. ^_^

Do you find Aranea while with the Dark Brotherhood? Haven't finished that one yet.

I'm looking forward to getting Shadowmere...especially since I accidentally fried my war-dog in a fight with the Forsworn. D:
No, the Azura's Star quest. She is the one you talk to on top of the mountain at Azura's Shrine I believe. So far, she doesn't want to wear any robes or circlets I'm giving her!
^_^

Shadowmere is great. One tough horse! I haven't thought about getting the war-dog. Have fun with the Dark Brotherhood. That was one well put-together quest line.

Get enchanting to 100 (max perks for crafting)
Get alchemy to 100
Get smithing to 100

Enchant a full set of alchemy gear (circlet, falmer helmet, necklace, ring, gloves)
Wear the alchemy gear and make 5 fortify enchant potion (spriggan sap, snowberries haagraven claw, b. butterfly wings, 2 of any)
Drink a potion before making a piece of each type of alchemy gear.
Rinse repeat until you get +32% gear (with dual enchant you can stack smithing with enchant on most of those items)
With your gear on make a fortify smithing potion (or 10) (blisterwort, glowing mushroom, spriggan sap)
Get or make a daedric bow.
Drink the smithing potion and improve the bow.
Drink a fortify enchant and add your favorite enchants to the bow.
Using your fortify enchanting make fortify marksmanship equip.

with your equipment on and your bow equppied with deadric arrows you should be clearing 1600 damage each shot. Sneak shots will do 4800 damage.

If you make a strong poison and/or a fortify marksmanship potion everything is a one shot kill (just like Legolas).

I just leveled my Smithing up to 100 - dragon armour oh yes!
Dragon armor is nice. If you do lots of fast traveling you will have plenty of dragon bone/scale to work with.

I built THE BOW, everything was easy after that.

5 shots on Alduin.

I'm a power gamer, what can I say.

Playing through on the hardest setting, no deaths (third attempt) to wrap up quests I missed the first time.

I went after Kematu, but when I got there he was already dead, laying on a pile of Alik'r Warriors and dead bandits. What's going on? Did they panic and kill each other before I got there? The first room bandits were there trying to kill me as usual. Aranea killed the outer bandit guard.

I've seen a few things like that happen.

My favorite is seeing a group of bandits square off against some Forsworn. Then some animals wander over like a bear and a wolf. And just when you think it couldn't get any more awesome...a dragon swoops down out of nowhere.
Battle Royale!

Which Fallout? I've only played III.

I'd be a lot warmer and a lot happier with a bellyful of mead...
My son plays Fallout, and he told me. I repeated it without checking.
Here is a wiki quote:
While wandering around Whiterun a guard might randomly say "Let me guess. Someone stole your sweetroll." This is an obvious reference to Fallout 3 during your 10th birthday party when Butch attempts to muscle you out of your sweetroll.
