The problem though is that the the Hebrew Bible(OT) wasn't completely compiled until about the 4th century BCE, hundreds of years after most of the chapters were revealed. And in that time there could have been a lot of corruption. Since most Israelites couldn't read, it would make sense that some scholars could get away with changing the scripture to fit their needs. But the Quran was written within 3 years after the death of the prophet Muhammad, and tens of thousands of Muslims were literate during the first three generations of Sahabah(companions of the prophet Muhammad)
Hold on a minute here.If Muhammad didn't write down the Qur'an like muslims have been saying all this time, then who did?

The Moon is a Measure of Time

"They ask you (O Muhammad (SAW)) about the new moons. Say: These are signs to mark fixed periods of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage. 2:189

"It is He who made the sun a shining thing and the moon as a light and measured out for it stages that you might know the number of years and the reckoning. Allah did not create this but in truth. He explains the Ayat in detail for people who have knowledge 10:5

He measured out for it stages means that He made it move in a different path, in order that it be possible to calculate thereby the passing of the months, just as the night and day can be known from the sun.

- People have since ancient times continued to use the moon as a measure of time.

- The Hijri calendar is based upon the lunar months and years.

- The lunar month is the period between the new moon and the moon which follows it.

- The lunar year is twelve lunar months and consists of 354 days.

As if He was ascending to the Heaven

A person might feel heavy pressure in his chest when he ascends heavenward, because his breathing becomes labored due to the internal pressure or the lungs, causing them to be heavily constricted. The Qur'aan testified to the truth of this fourteen centuries ago, when Allah, the Glorified said:

"And whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam; and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky. Thus Allah puts the wrath on those who believe not. 6:125

Indeed, when Yoshidi Kozan, the Director of the Tokyo Observatory in Japan heard these Words of Allah, he said in amazement: "The Speaker of these Words in the Qur'aan knows everything, precisely and in detail."

All praise is to Allah, Who made clear His Signs to man and showed them to him so that he saw them with the eyes of certainty.

So, if this occured simply because the air pressure changed due to the person ascending heavenwards, then how could life exist on the surface of the moon? And how could man go to the moon and descend on its surface, then return safely to the earth?

I ask for facts and you give me twisted around gibberish.None of this proves anything except your inability to give straight answers to simple questions. For example, the moon is not a light. The moon is a big rock and nothing more. There are no barriers between seas, and FYI,there are seven seas, not two.And what does any of this have to do with man walking on the moon??Man has been to the moon and back again, that is a fact.

What exactly is this supposed to prove?

Source: Men & The Universe (Reflections of Ibn Al-Qayyem)

"Is man, then not aware that it is We who create him out of a mere drop of sperm-whereupon, lo! he showed him-self endowed witht he power to think and to argue." 36:77

Stages of the Creation of Man

Ibn Al-Qayyem writes the following:

By considering the verses in the Qur'an in which Almighty Allah has urged His servants to reflect upon Him, one will indeed be led to learn about Allah, about His Oneness and attributes of perfection; to learn about aspects of His might as attested by the absoluteness of His power, the infinite nature of His wisdom; by His mercy, generosity, clemency, kindness, justice, grace, anger, reward and punishment - it is through reflection on these facts that He willed His servants to know Him, and it is for this reason that He exhorted them to reflect upon His signs.

It is with this in mind that I here mention a number of signs as referred to in the Qur'an, so that they may be a reminder of further signs. One set of such signs are related to the creation of man. It will be noticed that in numerous places in the Qur'an we have been exhorted to reflect on the creation of man, as for example in the following verses:

"Let man, then, observe from what he has been created." 86:5

"Just as there are signs within your own selves: can you not, then, see?" 51:21

"O men! If you are in doubt as to the truth of resurrection, remember that, verily, We have created every one of you out of dust, then out of a drop of sperm, then out of a germ-cell, then out of an embryonic lump complete in itself and yet incomplete, so that We might make you orginin clear unto you.

"And whatever We will to be born We cause to rest in the mothers' wombs for a term set by Us, and then We bring you forth as infants and allow you to live so that some of you might attain to maturity: for among you are such as are caused to die in childhood, just as many a one of you is reduced in old age to a most abject state, ceasing to know anything of what he once knew so well." 21:5

"Does man, then, think that he is to be left to himself, to go about at will?

Was he not once a mere drop of sperm that had been spilt, and thereafter became a germ-cell-whereupon He created and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be and fashioned out of it the two sexes, the male and the female?

Is not He, then, able to bring the dead back to life?" 75:36-40

"Did We not create you out of a humble fluid, which We then allowed to remain in the womb's firm keeping for a term pre-ordained?

Thus have we determined the nature of man's creation: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine what is to be!" 77:20-23

"Is man, then not aware that it is We who create him out of a mere drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue?" 36:77

"Now, indeed, We create man out of the essence of clay, and then We cause him to remain as a drop of sperm in the womb's firm keeping, and then We create out of the drop of sperm a germ-cell, and then We create out of the germ-cell an embryonic lump, and then We create within the embryonic lump bones, and then We clothe the bones with flesh - and then We bring all this into being as a new creation: hallowed, therefore, is Allah, the best of artisans!" 23:12-14

In many places in the Qur'an a human is urged to reflect and ponder over the starting of his creation, the growth and the end.

The moon does not give light of itself, but obtains its light from the light of the sun, which shines on it and is then reflected by it. Thus, the light from the moon is only indirect light from the sun.

"See you not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another? And has made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp?" 71:15-16

The moon is like the sun regarding the night following the day; that is, half of it is always daylight and half of it is always night, but it is different from the earth in that the length of the night and day last for a whole month, instead of twenty-four hours, as on earth.

During its day, the sun shines with a fierce heat, reaching a temprature higher than boiling point. As for its night, the sun sets on it and the temperature becomes extremely cold, reaching freezing point in minutes.

there is a barrier in between

25:53
He is the One Who has made the two seas rolling, the one sweet and fresh, the other salt and bitter, and set a rampart between them, an insurmountable
barrier.

What make you say that? Are you not aware that adam was created out of clay?
Adam never existed. The creation story was written by a bunch of ignorant desert dwellers that didn't have the slightest clue as to how life started and this story was written to satisfy their needs at the time.

Prophet said in-between right and wrong there are uncertain things which has not been made clear to mankind yet, so take what is right and clear to understand. Muslims believe in Qur'aan which is revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Allah.

7:11
Indeed We created you, then We fashioned you, then We asked the angels: "Prostrate yourselves before Adam." They all prostrated accordingly except Iblees (Shaitan) who did not join those who prostrated.

2:136
Say: "We believe in Allah and that which is revealed to us; and what was revealed to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qoob (Jacob) and their descendants, and that which was given to Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus) and other Prophets from their Rabb. We do not discriminate any of them, and to Allah we have surrendered ourselves (in Islam)."

You are not really aware of how meticulous the Hebrew people were with preserving their scriptures. It was part of their heritage for the father to pass down to the son what He knew when the boy was at a very early age.

I suggest that you do some reading rather than speculate. Your speculations is what gets you in trouble to begin with. Most of your claims are based upon a written text (Qu'ran) that has no viable means of being tested as the Bible can be for its spiritual truths. Just do not defend your stance because of your beliefs. Look at what stares you in the face and be willing to face it in truth and honesty. If you can not do that, then it becomes more and more impossible for you to know what is true and what is not.

Sidenote: Speaking of scholars: Your Islamic scholars are not immune to the same litmus test as they are opinionated and have made changes in interpretation of the Qu'ran - often to fit their own agendas. So, let's be honest and fair in making equal evaluations. Do not just try to think that Jewish/Christian thought are the only ones that are susceptible to corruption. That is not fair. Muslims are human too and have the same potential to alter meanings and text as the next person/group. If you are going to make claims, at least see that your fellow Muslims have to be evaluated in the same light.

Therein lies the problem. Most of the Hebrew Bible has to be re-written in the second temple period, and the traditions were passed down orally. They might be almost the same but it's not the same as having them written down word for word exactly like how they were revealed to Moses and the other prophets. As for Muslim scholars changing the Quran, that is impossible because there are thousands of copies of the Quran that have been preserved from the time of the prophet Muhammad till now. And all of them are exactly the same. So it's impossible for anyone to have changed it. Allah made a promise in the Quran that he would preseve it until the day of judgement and that is exactly what he has done.

The Quran was written during the prophet Muhammad's lifetime and it was verified by him. But it was compiled 3 years after his death. And the task of compiling the Quran was given to 6 of the prophet Muhammad's scribes, each of whom had memorized the entire Quran. And they were supervised by Umar and Abu Bakr, the two best companions of the prophet Muhammad, who were also the first and second leaders after him.

Know, what I'm saying is what proof do you have. Looking at the world around you, what makes you doubt that man was created.
Evidence shows that Prophet Muhammad pbuh had about sixty scribes writing for him.

Also, the compilation was done with the utmost authenticity because companions asked people who had recorded a verse DIRECTLY under the supervision of the Prophet Muhammad to come forward. Everyone had memorized it and recorded it, but they wanted to maintain the highest authenticity.

Tell me, how do women get impregnated if not by a fluid which exudes from the male. Sperm is mixed in with sperm. You can't have one without the other.
I know but I said it's created in the testicles. The Gnostics thought it was created where the Koran says it is. I thought God created Adam and we just reproduced after our kind. Do you mean he keeps making the same mistake.

I thought you had a website, no I meant an Islamic site..

If Mohammed was illiterate how would he know if it was recorded correctly?

No, the verse is referring to a fluid which comes from the lower spine area. That is where the organ containing sperm is located. The sperm is made in the testacles but both are needed for reproduction.

Because he had his scribes repeat the verses of the Quran to him so that he could verify it. And when the Quran was compiled, the word of the scribes alone was not enough. There needed to be atleast two witnesses who were there when the prophet Muhammad first recited that verse to be recorded.
