Thank You for the hugs; Yes, I am feeling better - still not up to par but definately better. The last 2 days really stunk except for a very nice supportive friend. Who coulld that be caitlincares .

yeah did that once at my church. We got quite a bit of money for selling them and it's the one cookbook I can truly say I use.

I have one I inherited from my mom.
It was put out after a Pillsbury annual cooking contest.
Great recipes even though they are over 30 years old.

Mom has a bunch and I have a cousin who collects them. I'm not much of a follow the recipe person so alot of times I just invent as I go along.

I pick up 3 from cooking lite magazine I have Tex Mex book and a German,Polish and Russian cook book. Mom has a bunch of them but I don't know I get depress when ever I open them up.

I like the cooking lite ones. The Germam, Russian, Polish one sounds good.

They all sound good. So I can't wait to get brave and try em. Cooking lite are good but sometimes I have spice things up with them

I love spices and hot peppers. I use em alot when I cook. Makes stuff taste better since I don't use alot of salt.

Salt?? I try not to use any at all. Let the person I'm cooking for salt the food to taste

I sometimes go a little crazy with pepper (not a big salt fan).
Especially on rice - makes me eat less.

my father and his family automatically salt everything without tasting it first.

Some things you gotta use it in. Like bread and stuff. But most of the time I don't add any at all.
