Hey everyone How y'all doin'? I tried to make french, er freedom, fries. Didn't work.

I get mine from out if the bag and put the in a pre heated oven at 400 and bake em for about 11 min.

Those are the best kind. Did you heat the oil before you tried to fry them? This might be important.

yeah you probabaly need to use at least 2 inches of oil in the fry pan.
