Gosh, I relate to so many of the things said so far.

I'd like to add sleeping with the TV on all night.

I bought a chair and half recliner. I think I'm going to have to put an alarm clock in the living room now!

sometimes i pass out on the couch instead of going to the bed

sometimes i come home and don't feel like cooking so i just eat a bowl of cereal

sometimes when i'm eating the cereal, i am doing this at the counter instead of sitting at a table

what about talking to my cats? if i ever have a spouse again, they'll have to get used to me having a conversation with the kitties when i get home from work. lol

I don't think you'll have to give that up when you marry. I suspect the 2 of you will buy a 2nd couch so you both can collapse when you get home from work!

I'm working with a married woman and I said that cereal is the perfect bachelor's meal and most probably think I'm crazy but I eat cereal for dinner. A lot. She looked at me like I was, in fact, crazy (not a far stretch ) and said she and her husband eat cereal for dinner all the time.

Whether that's because neither of them like to cook and/or the clean up is easier, I don't know, but apparently cereal for dinner isn't just for singles anymore.
