CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

hi hi, i also s'porean. good to see fellow country men and women. i got an oz flag because am working in oz and don't know when return... sorry my singlish not so tet kong, i'm trying to practice a bit here before heading home for christmas.

I am a Christian who happens to also be a Soldier. I have spent my fare share of time in SW Asia and I have always wanted to see the rest of Asia.
I would like to know what it is like being a Christian in some of these countries I have never been to for example Singapore or China. Actually I am just interested in all of the Asian countries.
I am also the Operations Chief for a Christian Military website called stratiotes-outreach.com and I am looking for some stories of salvation or witnessing done in other countries.
