1. Saying "Being without sin is a lie" is refering to the unsaved.
2. "Children Of God do not sin" is refering to sin not being imputed to them. (Romans 4:7,8 /2 Corinthians 5:19) God died for the sins of the whole world. Sin was removed even from the unsaved. People don't go to hell for sin, but for rejecting the one who paid for them. God bless!
