If you willfully sin, are you still sinless?
If a Christian willfully sins then s/he is not really a Christian. "We are dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus". We are guided by the Holy Spirit not by sin. Paul wrote, "For when we were in the flesh, the sinful desires, aroused by the law, were active in the members of our body to bear fruit for death. But now we have been released from the law, because we have died to what controlled us, so that we may serve in the new life of the Spirit and not under the old written code."
Do you really not understand this?
No, I do understand this, I just wanted to know if you did. And yes, we are on the same page.
Excellent. In the end we almost always agree with each other.
Have you read my testimony?
No, I don't think I saw it posted.
Hi sis, I love your posts. I can sense the Holy Spirit all over them.

Can you tell me which part of Jesus' sacrifice was ineffective? His sacrifice was made once for all. There are no works that need to be performed, no begging for forgiveness, no repentance, etc. That is the flesh performing under the Old Covenant and a denial of Jesus' finished work. You can't be in the flesh and in Christ at the same time. If you are in Christ your sins are forgiven and you are without sin in God's eyes.
