Because it's not just the end of a person's death. Understand that dogs, cats, trees, paramecia, viruses, and pumpkin plants as well as humans die. Death is something that has happened for a long time, and will continue to happen for a long time, and I don't see why it should affect me overly much.

Note to Sergeant America: I didn't claim that I was normal. But old crusty conservatives like you won't last long.   Many people in the future won't think even remotely like me, but remember (as I've said before):

Well, on a lighter note, if Bush attacks Iraq I'm gonna snap. I just finished building a motor that REQUIRES 94 octane to run properly, and preferrably 104/jet fuel.

Imagine gas prices after the beginning of this. I'm going to go and buy a bicycle.
