Prove smoking hurts people more then lots of sugar, lots of beef, a fatty diet.... see where i'm going? Excessive use of a harmful product is what kills. Abuse of smoking is what kills. Abuse is a behaviour.

Well said. Abuse of anything will kill you. Abuse of anything is also a sin. I get tired of FAT preachers telling evryone not to drink or smoke(neither of which i do) and they can't even walk back and forth to the podium without getting out of breath.
I agree, it is time people take responsibility for their own actions. The price of quite a few things in this country would be alot lower if it weren't for so many idiotic lawsuits.
