I've been in a long going dispute over what happened and what really happened. I've told the truth constantly and never called anyone a liar whereas my opponant (for lack of a better word) has simply said that I'm lying. He doesn't even give his own version as to what happened. He just says I'm lying.
Now people on "his side" (again for lack of a better word) are starting to join him and say that I'm lying too. There is a Christian man involved in this and he says he's upset because he doesn't know who to believe.
I've decided that maybe it would be best to say "You know what? I am lying. I sat down and made the whole thing up. Come talk to me when the truth comes out and tell me that I'm still lying then" and gladly take the blame for lies I never told. I will then do nothing but pray for God to prove me right and for Him to give me justice rather than seek it myself.
Is this a Christian approach or not?
