There is no contradictions between Science and the Bible. This is all 100% testable using the haplotypes. I believe the day will come, perhaps soon, when they will be able to map out the whole family tree of the human race. Right now this is not fully understood so it is not as simple as it will be when they get it all figured out.
Men have a X & Y chromosome, women only have X chromosomes. So man could not have come from a women. Also the stem cells are in the bone marrow. Men receive their X chromosome from their mother. So in this scenario Eve would have received her X chromosome from Adam's mother. This would also make Eve Adam's sister. Adam was not really his name, Adam means mankind and Eve means wife. Eve in the Bible was the first wife, she was the first women. Before Eve you have male and female. But you did not have a husband and a wife. This was a new chapter in the history of mankind. This was a beginning in many ways. This is what they refer to as a shadow and a type. What some like to call an allegory. Still Adam and Eve were real, historical people that lived in the Garden of Eden 6,000 years ago. It is important to study the meaning of the Hebrew words that Moses uses to write this story. This is all very exact and very literal. There is a mathematical precision to the Bible that Science refers to as an algorithm. You can decode the Bible using algorithm software on the computer.

In the case of Abraham, Isaac would be descended from Adam and Eve. Abraham's son Ishmael came from the Egyptian women Hagar so Ishmael would have the X chromosome from Hagar not Sarah and not Eve in the Bible. They are children from the same father but a different mother.
One way or the other Adam and Eve shared the same Paternal father and maternal mother. In terms of their haplotypes they would be considered brother and sister. During the tribulation period we are told that there will be 12,000 from each tribe, Rev 7:4 "Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel" They are morally and genetically pure.
4These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been redeemed from among men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. 5
And no lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless. 6Then I saw another angel flying overhead, with the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation and tribe and tongue and people.
IN SUMMARY: Adam and Eve were real people that lived in a real Garden of Eden around 6,000 years ago. This was a new beginning. Adam was the first Husband and Eve was the first wife. This is called the
Neolithic Revolution or Agricultural Revolution. This was a wide-scale transition of human culture from a lifestyle of hunting and gathering to one of agriculture and settlement.
