crying game, worst twist EVER, only in the sense that i threw up for a week straight.

I found the plot twist to The Skeleton Key to be great. From some reviews I've read, some people seem to have been creeped out by it.

The Manchurian Candidate (the original). That's a great one for twists.

For some reason The Manchurian Candidate and Jacob's Ladder always stick together in my mind. Probably because both are Vietnam conspiracy movies. The twist, when you find out what's going on in Jacob's Ladder, is incredible.

I loved the plot twists of the Game and the original japanese version of the ring and ring 2
