CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am dreaming of a deeper tomorrow
where my moments can rest in peace
and all the thoughts that ail me
can fade as urgings cease
I'm searching for an end to thought
to delete the broken hopes
I'm braiding the strands of confusion
and hanging to the end of my rope
It's time for God to carry me
Past things that fog my mind
It's time for life to move me onward
And the rest is left behind
I seem to learn when I'd rather wait
and wait when I'd rather learn
Does everyone feel this way?
Or are these lone strivings I yearn?
I wonder when I'm sleeping
and also when I'm awake
I try to find the pieces
But all I do is break
Perhaps today I'll find some sense
And his child, God will embrace
nothing else which truly counts
I just want to seek his face.

ok, sorrry to post here again. I just had to put my fresh yummi blueberries deornie gave me in here so I can eat some whenever I wake up from sleeping and need a midnight snack Thanks deornie. you rock!
