She's sick

The woman I wanted to be my wife has brain cancer. We've been separated 4 years. She's been with someone else during that time, but I always loved her. I've been single all this time and still a virgin.

I am so devastated. I'm speechless, shocked, dumbfounded. I'm heartbroken.

Sorry to hear that. I'm concerned about you as well, sounds like she isn't interested and I've been where you are and can tell you there's only pain with the line of thought you are in. Say she recovers and continues dating the other guy/guys and then just starts taking advantage of you while keeping you in the friends zone...even the nicest girls can have a very cruel side.

I really pray for you and hope you find someone that God would want you to be with. Hope you don't miss out on the one who will be perfect for you.
