Wow... I took a semester of spanish last year, to try to make myself learn. That was the only class I took and it required hours of study. So you must be very busy!

Where I am employed currently is the first time I've worked with an IS department. Boy do you have your work cut out for you! I'm always on the phone to them, and I don't envy their job whatsoever. I know they are definitely busy.
