It may not have been that much earlier. Even migrating at just ten miles per year in one thousand years, ten thousand miles would be covered. Something like this took place in the Americas because the mega fauna only took about a millennium to disappear after first arrival.

when, did Jesus arrive on-Earth ?

may not have been so-rapid (as you suggest)
bearing in mind, that progress, (without transport)
requires; adequate-supplies, follow-up support (repeat migrations)

AND.... a large-enough GENE POOL

ETA: Should we view such migrations _as we see refugees arriving from eastern Europe and the Middle East

This is according to a YouGov poll, which found that 43% of the UK wants another general election this autumn.

I think the books will be rather OVERCOOKED ~to be honest
