I just bought the Razorlight album. When I got it home today I went to put it on, and flicked straight to 'Golden Touch' (fab single!) and what did I find?? There was a big horrible mark on the CD right at that track and it won't come off!! So, I've got to trail all the way back to the shop tomorrow and return it and hopefully get a new one! So annoyed!!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That is pretty fustrating.
I rememebr once, after just buying a CD, trying to get the disc out and completly snaping the darn thing in half. lol

Or how about getting home thinking you've just bought the new Pearl Jam album (I think it was Vs) only to find that the girl in the shop put the wrong CD in the case and you're stuck listening to Andy Williams instead!

Got it changed! All is well and my it works! Hurrah for the nice customer service department! Razorlight are fab - did you see them on Parkinson? They did an amazing version of 'Golden Touch'.
