If you're a natural blonde then it wouldn't take that long.
But it would take many trips to the salon to get my hair to platinum blonde before it could then be dyed the other colours.

It's gorgeous though. I think I would want teal instead of the blue though. Teal, green and purple. Love.

I know I go on (a lot) about how different I feel now that I eat gluten-free ... so here are some photos to show how my body is responding to not having the toxin anymore.


At the height of my gluten-eating:
(I worked in a bakery and was taking home heaps of free products, and I was also drinking a lot of wheat-based alcohol.)

Gluten free diet:
(I still eat mostly the same food, and I still drink alcohol a few times a week. I also do more exercise, but I strongly believe it's 80 % eat / 20 % move as far as body goes)
