Oh shoot that’s too bad. Our cat in the photo and her brother, who’s colored like he’s wearing a tux, we’re feral kittens born under a bush in our front yard are both good hunters.Same pose, different place. Mine was supposed to scare the mice from the garage when we had a plague. All I could hear was a 'get real', and the mice having a party!
I always make that joke about my cat, as he loves a sunbeam just as much!Hmmmm, never thought of that NG. You could be right. I just need to figure out where her on switch is now.
Good idea for a thread BTW
Whoa! What’s the story here?!
I love the splash of white on his/her paw!
What's the story behind this one?
OH, Sparag beat me to it!I left my back deck doors open one evening, and she (mother in the front) came in and helped herself to the cat food, then a few days later she showed up with 3 tiny babies. The rest was history.
The pic was them coming into my bedroom where I would hand feed them on occasion, but only on occasion, so they remained fairly wild.
Where was this one taken?View attachment 287718

Woooooow!!!I left my back deck doors open one evening, and she (mother in the front) came in and helped herself to the cat food, then a few days later she showed up with 3 tiny babies. The rest was history.
The pic was a once in a lifetime pose of them coming into my bedroom where I would hand feed them on occasion, but only on occasion, so they remained fairly wild.
Sadly, I don't know my seal/sea lion species very well, but it sure is a beautiful photo! In Tracy Arm Fjord in Alaska, a bit south of Juneau. (On a day cruise). Maybe the most beautiful place I’ve ever been!
Thanks! Photography is one of my passions. I don’t know much about seals either. I live this photo because the seal just looks so happy!Sadly, I don't know my seal/sea lion species very well, but it sure is a beautiful photo!
