Severe depression

I pray that, if your depression has a physical cause, you’ll be led to what it is and to the cure.

For example, low iron, hypothyroidism, which is the most common and often undetected health problem, and low probiotics in the gut can lead to depression.

Studies have shown that people with depression, who are given large doses of probiotics, see significant improvements.

Even if there are external issues, causing depression, addressing physical issues can be very helpful.

I pray that the Lord will lead you to whatever help is best for you.
