Severe Codependency

I am a girl, 28 years old, and I am suffering from sever codependency issues. Would you please advise me what to do? I cannot find someone (familiar with this case) to talk to. Please help me.

I met my roommate who calls him my care taker....anyways He has sheltered me so much and since I make SSDI he tells me it's not worth working and losing your job and SSDI. I am dependent on this person....And it makes me feel bad.....I know what feeling your talking about...Like you would want the tools to live out on your own. And as male I find it pretty wimpy.....I just want to be free from thinking I have to have advice before I can spread my wings.....I'm tired of being like this. I know what you mean.

You mean you are dependent or someone else is?
My best friends girlfriends was incredible dependent. She got so depressed when they were apart. I wanted to take her side in the relationship, but she hated me and both of them were atheists and didn't want my advice.
I am incredible sympathetic towards women, and I am a man. so if this is a relationship issue I may be able to help.
