This sequester was signed into law by the president himself, and it is not a cut. It is not swinging it any way at all when this crisis was 100% designed by the president. The president is a doosh for going around the country fear mongering the population on what the cuts will harm. What a compete fraud this all is! It is not a cut but reduction in the increase of spending. This sequester doesn't even bring down the increase if spending from 3 years ago!

We need to get these department heads and ask them how it's possible that a tiny cut in the increase of their budgets can cause this much of a hassle.
