Seeking Compensation

I am getting somehow sad as I think I work hard helping many reach their goal but it takes me forever to reach my next star, therefore I would like to be compensated and not with blessings or gifts but reps. Shameless Tiffanya!!

I know what you mean..Some people are just looking at themselves and their wants, thinking what they can "receive"...But its better to give than receive...Its more fun...Its hard sometimes when you feel part of a family who never speaks to you, or doesn't acknowledge your contributions..They just want to know what your going to do for them today...Very worldy IMO..Reps to ya

I know exactly what you are talking about I very rearly get any in return I did for awhile but now everyone has forgotten how to return now the new year has arrived it is all different

this is exactly why I went out & just recently bought a cheapy pad of paper at Wallmart. I write names down to rep back - if I can't get them that day, I will get them on day 2.

I can't always get a back and forth rep relationship going with everyone or double/triple rep them, but I think it's very important to return a thank you reppy asap.
A Notepad is mandatory for me - 2 columns: who I repped, who I owe yet.

If people have to use one they should.

That is exactly what I do because you may run out and then when you reload you have missed the ones from before as it only shows some people

oh ya that happens all the time (plus it makes it so hard to find to rep back when their posts get buried). There's just no way I can keep track of all this without paper anymore.

my friend in another thread complained about this too on her first time doing one of those & says that's why she doesn't do them.
Hopefully people forget but... it's just not good.
