BY GRACE YOU ARE SAVED, this is not of YOURSELF being the gift of GOD.
And you don't have the mind of those infants your talking about, God can cause faith to spring up in them same as a rock can praise the Lord.

That is very interesting! I wonder if those in every dimension of the heavens, the earth and the underworld will experience faith to spring up?

"That IN/en the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow & every tongue confess, You are Lord to the glory of God the Father."

Questions:

1. What does it mean to be In/en Jesus

2. What is the scope of the heavens, the earth & the underworld?

3. What does every mean?

4. Is the bowing & confession IN the Name by perfunctory genuflections?

You know what, you do not understand 'born again'.
People like you think 'born again' is a choice a man makes to believe and afterwards God responds by making them 'born of God'.
Born of God is born anew, born again, to be made alive, not dead in trespasses and sins.
Example is Ephesians 2, where there is no mention of a prior requirement of belief in Christ, just a monergistic decision of God is all that is needed and that is based on His great love for a particular person, not what they do, think or act.

Ephesians 2
And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the [a]course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)

BY GRACE YOU ARE SAVED, this is not of YOURSELF being the gift of GOD.
And you don't have the mind of those infants your talking about, God can cause faith to spring up in them same as a rock can praise the Lord.

If we are all just robotic puppets whom God saves by irresistible force, like you turn on a TV with a remote control, then He should be able to save everyone. Unless He just doesn't feel like it & would rather burn billions alive forever for the hell of it.

Being born of God is under God's control, and not of the will of the man.
God does whatsoever He wishes with fallen humankind, and His judgement is altogether righteous and perfect always.
It is due to His great love that we are born of God, not because of anything we did or desired, in fact scripture says we were following the devil when He simply made us born again as Ephesians 2 so says, because of His great love and mercy for us.

John 1
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His [c]own, and His [d]own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the [e]right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

First we are born of God, then we receive Christ as the Lord God.
You can not see or perceive or want anything to do with the kingdom of God and His Christ unless you are first born again, read John 3:3 and look up what the word 'see' in the greek means.

One of the main scripture passages is 1 Peter 3 where it speaks about Christ preaching to those imprisoned. Those during noahs day. Those who believe in second chance salvation believe this is an example.

The verse is not in support of a second chance. It's all about what a covenant is. The first covenant was received by Noah. A covenant serves the purpose of identifying the righteous from the wicked. It is for the salvation of the righteous through the blood of Christ. It is only applicable to humans but not angels. That's why a covenant is needed for those before Noah. Somehow (the Bible didn't mention the details of how) those before Noah is covered by the same New Covenant we are having today.

God will make happen what should happen during our earthly life. A second chance is not needed.

Chance is reserved for gambling halls and lotteries. There is zero chance with Abba. ZERO!

Questions:

1. Who did the risen Christ minister to?

2. What does "disobedient" mean?

3. What was the result of the Master's ministry to the "disobedient" captives of the great flood?

Before Noah's covenant, everything is subject to a set of rather absolute Law applicable to both angels and humans. Adam (man) and Satan (angel) broke this set of Law in Eden.

The big picture is, God who is completely sin-incompatible will build an eternity we call Heaven for both angels and humans to living with God. Law is thus set up to qualify who (angels and humans alike) are qualified to enter Heaven.

The analogy is that you bought a house to invite your friends to live in. You thus set up rules for them to follow such that they won't mess up the house for you or do anything you are seriously offended. This is the nature of what God's Law itself is.

However after Adam was driven out of Eden, humans are living in a world where Satan is considered a god here to have a deep influence on humans. It is thus impossible for humans to be qualified using the set of God's Law (applicable for both angels and humans, broke by both Adam and Satan). Either the world shall be destroyed (by water), or God must do something else for the salvation of humans. We all know that what God did is to grant the serious of covenants to humans through the blood of Jesus Christ.

A covenant (with salvation power) is made possible because at some point of humanity Jesus would be crucified.

As a result, each and every single humans since Noah is covered by a covenant signed off by the blood of Christ, but except for those before Noah. 1 Peter 3 provides the only reference/hint but without details that it is possible that somehow those before Noah are covered by the New Covenant.

Dear Hawkins: Our Father has a purpose that is not before and after! Nor is there an "except".

The Scope=

"That IN the Name of Jesus...."

"Every knee shall bow & every tongue confess, You are Lord."

The dimensions of the worship=

1. Every being in heaven.

2. Every being on earth.

3. Every being in the underworld.

"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

For unto this end was the gospel preached even to the dead, that they might be judged indeed according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit."

No, that doesn't apply to all mankind alike. Noah is mentioned as the cut-off point. Or otherwise, Peter shouldn't have mentioned Noah if this means to be universal.

That remains your own assertion here. Peter mentioned Noah, that counts. If it doesn't count Peter shouldn't have mentioned it.

Indeed he did! And St. Paul speaks clearly of leading captivity captive. I will state again: there is no "cut-off point". NONE!
